Duties
- Plan and conduct engaging soccer practices that focus on skill development, teamwork, and game strategies.
- Provide instruction on the fundamentals of soccer, including dribbling, passing, shooting, and defensive techniques.
- Organize and lead team drills and exercises to improve players' physical fitness and technical skills.
- Evaluate individual player performance and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Foster a positive team culture by encouraging sportsmanship, respect for opponents, and collaboration among players.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff regarding team progress and individual development.
- Ensure the safety of all participants during practices and games by adhering to safety protocols.
- Attend games and tournaments to coach the team in competitive settings.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sports coaching or related fields is preferred; experience working with students is a plus.
- Knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques is essential.
- Background in physical education or related disciplines is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
