Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong referral network within the community.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system.
- Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care outreach.
- Greet members and prospective families with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Help families find the right program by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Process payment transactions accurately.
- Follow up with prospective clients and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Promote, sell, and coordinate birthday party packages, including weekend events.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming environment for every family.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a KidsUnited team environment.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Experience working with children is preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
