What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist position at Kids SPOT Pediatric Therapy?
Ready to grow your career while making a meaningful impact on bilingual families?
We're looking for a Lead Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about serving children and mentoring others. This role offers the best of both worlds-a manageable direct therapy caseload paired with dedicated time for leadership, mentorship, program development, and helping shape the future of our bilingual speech program.
As our bilingual ST lead, you'll be the go-to resource for bilingual evaluations, culturally responsive treatment, and evidence-based practices. You'll collaborate with an incredible team of SLPs while helping ensure that every family receives high-quality, compassionate care in the language they feel most comfortable.
If you're looking for the next step in your career and want the opportunity to lead, teach, and make a lasting impact, we'd love to meet you!
About Kids SPOT
Kids SPOT is a pediatric speech, occupational, and physical therapy practice with two clinics in Springdale and a Rogers location.
We serve children with a wide range of developmental, neurologic, orthopedic, and feeding needs through primarily clinic-based therapy, with occasional home health or daycare visits.
We take pride in being a teaching and mentoring clinic. Whether it's supporting new graduates, supervising students, or collaborating with experienced clinicians, we believe we all grow stronger by learning from one another.
Why Kids SPOT?
We're more than a pediatric therapy clinic-we're a team that genuinely enjoys supporting one another and celebrating each other's growth.
You'll have dedicated time built into your schedule for:
- Mentoring and supporting fellow SLPs
- Developing and expanding our bilingual speech program
- Collaborating on clinical initiatives and best practices
- Serving as a resource for bilingual assessments and treatment planning
- Helping shape the future of speech services at Kids SPOT
You'll still have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your own patients while also influencing the care provided across our entire speech department.
Our Commitment to You
We believe successful therapists aren't expected to know everything on day one.
That's why every new clinician participates in our intentional three-month onboarding process, allowing you to gradually build your caseload, learn our systems, connect with teammates, and feel confident before reaching full productivity.
At Kids SPOT, we:
- Invest in our people through mentorship, leadership development, and continuing education
- Believe great clinicians deserve a healthy work-life balance.
- Provide Leadership and advancement opportunities
- Foster a collaborative, team-first culture where therapists are encouraged to ask questions, learn, and grow.
- Support our families with an outstanding bilingual administrative team that helps you focus on what you do best—providing exceptional care.
- Value clinical excellence while creating an environment where everyone feels welcomed, respected, and supported.
If you're passionate about serving bilingual children and families, love collaborating with others, and are excited by the opportunity to lead and grow alongside an amazing team, come help us build something special!
