This is a full-time on-site role located in Orlando, FL for an Early Childhood Director. The Early Childhood Director will oversee the daily operations of the early childhood program, ensure the implementation of curriculum, support and mentor staff, and communicate effectively with parents and families. This role involves ensuring the educational and emotional well-being of the children, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, and upholding the standards and policies of Kids R Kids Landstar.
- Experience in Curriculum Development
- Strong Communication skills
- Background in Education and Elementary Education
- Proven Educational Leadership capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with parents, staff, and the community
- Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
