Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable, energetic, and nurturing Early Childhood Teacher for our licensed childcare facility. The ideal candidate has experience in early childhood education, understands child development, and can create a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early learning standardsCreate a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environmentSupervise children at all times to ensure safety and compliance with licensing regulationsObserve and document children’s developmental progressProvide individualized support to meet each child’s needsIncorporate daily physical activities to promote healthy developmentSupport early math and foundational academic skills through hands-on learningMaintain open and professional communication with parents and familiesCollaborate with teaching staff and administrationQualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferredAssociates in Early Childhood PreferredKnowledge of early childhood development and classroom managementCPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)Must meet state licensing requirementsStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to lift up to 40 lbs and actively engage with children throughout the dayAssociates in Early Childhood PreferredCompensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly pay: $20-$21.50 (based on experience and education)Paid time offProfessional development opportunitiesSupportive team environmentWe offer competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth within our organization.
