Duties
- Efficiently set up and secure bounce houses, inflatables, and related equipment at event sites, ensuring all safety standards are met.
- Tear down and pack away equipment after events, maintaining organization and cleanliness.
- Conduct safety inspections before, during, and after setups to identify potential hazards or damages.
- Interact with clients, event organizers, and guests in a friendly, professional manner to answer questions and provide excellent guest services.
- Assist with event management tasks such as coordinating setup times and managing guest flow when needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately for rentals or additional services when required.
- Maintain equipment inventory, report damages or maintenance needs promptly, and ensure all gear is in top condition for future use.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in events management or hospitality is preferred; experience with children or in a resort or theater setting is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently through public speaking or direct interaction.
- Ability to manage conflicts calmly and professionally in fast-paced environments.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment, stand for extended periods, and perform outdoor setup tasks comfortably.
- Experience working with children or in food service is advantageous for understanding guest needs.
- Lifeguard certification or lifeguard experience is beneficial but not required; safety awareness is essential.
