As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping infants and toddlers with developmental delays build strength, mobility, and independence. Working within our Early Intervention program, you’ll partner closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized, family-centered care that supports each child’s development in meaningful, everyday ways.

\n- Conduct developmental and physical assessments for children ages 0–3
- Develop and implement individualized, family-centered treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to support gross motor development, mobility, and strength
- Educate and coach families on incorporating therapy strategies into daily routines
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OT, SLP, Developmental Specialists, and Service Coordinators
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency and state requirements
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development
- Support community outreach and advocacy efforts as needed
Required:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program
- Strong clinical skills in pediatric assessment and treatment
- Knowledge of early intervention principles and child development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
- Intermediate computer/tablet proficiency
Preferred:
- Experience in pediatric physical therapy or early intervention
- Experience in home- or community-based settings
- Pediatric certification or board specialization
- Familiarity with early intervention programs and regulations
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility for home visits)
