About Us Kids N Fun Therapy is a family-centered pediatric outpatient clinic located in Westborough, MA, serving children ages 0–15. We focus on individualized, play-based therapy to support development in sensory processing, fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, and daily functioning. Our caseload includes children ages 2–12 with sensory processing disorder, autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and fine motor challenges. We are a warm, growing practice committed to making a real difference in the lives of children and their families — and we're looking for a motivated COTA to join our team.
Job Type: Part-Time | Full-Time | Per Diem (hours flexible — as few as 10 hrs/week or up to 35 hrs/week) Schedule: Flexible weekday afternoons or weekends Location: 33 Lyman Street, Suite 103 B, Westborough, MA Pay: $32.00 – $40.00 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions for children with developmental, sensory, and motor challenges under the supervision of a licensed OTR/L
- Implement treatment plans targeting sensory integration, fine motor skills, self-care/ADLs, play skills, and visual-motor development
- Complete session documentation in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate regularly with families and caregivers to support home carryover and goal progress
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other team members in a supportive clinic environment
- Participate in team meetings and family training as needed
Qualifications
- Active COTA license in the state of Massachusetts (required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-directed, organized, and eager to grow professionally
