Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities at the Front Desk involve checking customers in and out, making retail sales, booking parties and answering any questions customers may have.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and safety of our space, including picking up toys and tidy up the space as needed during the shift.
- Check-in party guests, manage party schedule, assist party guests with set-up and clean-up
- Host private parties on weekends, guiding the party family through the schedule and activities.
- Stay well-informed about our program offerings and remain curious about emerging competitors and industry trends.
- Collaborates with customers to resolve issues and ensure a great experience.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
- During weekend party hours, if the front desk is closed for Open Play, the front desk manager will perform the party host duties.
Requirements:
- Available for 9-hour shift on weekdays, and available for at least for one weekend day, and both Saturday and Sunday availability preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in the children's industry is a plus.
- Punctuality is essential.
- Must be a reliable team player.
