Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy, math, gross motor education, and social-emotional learning aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for preschoolers age 3-5 years old.
- Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies.
- Maintain detailed documentation of child progress, conduct assessments, and prepare reports for parent conferences.
- Foster strong communication with families to encourage active involvement in their child's development and welfare.
Skills
- Experience in preschool teaching, including classroom management and lesson plan development.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development.
