We are seeking a passionate and energetic Infant Room Teacher to join our team. Duties
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment tailored specifically for infants.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, motor skills, and emotional security.
- Monitor infants’ health and well-being, including feeding, diapering, and sleep routines.
- Maintain detailed records of each child's progress, routines, and any incidents or concerns.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and daily experiences.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, health regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to support a cohesive classroom environment focused on early childhood development.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with infants in a daycare or childcare setting is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles specific to infants
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to foster positive behavior management strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members.
- Ability to handle caregiving responsibilities such as feeding, diapering, and supervising sleep routines confidently.
