Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing/Sales Leader based in Carmel, IN. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, conducting market research, generating sales leads, and driving revenue growth. You will cultivate relationships with partners, oversee customer service efforts, and collaborate with the team to promote our mission of empowering children through STEM education. The position involves managing marketing campaigns, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities to expand our reach while delivering exceptional service to our customers and clients.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients and build long-term relationships
- Proven experience in sales and marketing strategy development to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
- Demonstrated ability to manage marketing campaigns and consistently achieve sales targets in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and optimize efficiency
- Experience working with schools (charter, private, and public) to build meaningful partnerships and integrate Robotics & STEM programs into during-school and afterschool learning
- Experience collaborating with nonprofits and community organizations that offer afterschool or summer programming, with the ability to incorporate STEM enrichment into their existing programs
- Strong relationship-building skills with education leaders, program coordinators, and community stakeholders
- Experience in education, STEM fields, or working with children is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
