This individual will be responsible for coordinating repairs, dispatching vendors, tracking work orders, managing maintenance communications, and ensuring parks remain operational, safe, and well-maintained.

This individual will be responsible for coordinating repairs, dispatching vendors, tracking work orders, managing maintenance communications, and ensuring parks remain operational, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and prioritize maintenance requests from park locations.
- Dispatch vendors and technicians for repairs and emergency service calls.
- Monitor and update work orders through completion.
- Communicate regularly with park management, vendors, landlords, and internal teams.
- Track repair costs, invoices, and maintenance budgets.
- Maintain accurate records of service history, equipment information, and vendor contacts.
- Follow up on open maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with facility inspections, compliance requirements, and annual certifications.
- Support emergency response efforts during after-hours incidents when necessary.
- Coordinate maintenance-related projects, renovations, and capital improvements.
- 2 years of experience in facilities, maintenance coordination, property management, construction administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience working with vendors and service contractors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word).
- Experience with CMMS or maintenance management software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
- Customer-service mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Multi-site retail, restaurant, entertainment, or commercial facilities experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems, and general building maintenance.
- Experience reviewing invoices, proposals, and repair estimates.
