Summary Of Essential Job Functions
- Build and maintain front-end and back-end applications.
- Design, develop, and integrate APIs.
- Maintain software version control using GitHub or similar tools.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software as needed.
- Support both minor enhancements and larger, full-cycle development projects.
- Ensure applications meet both technical requirements and user needs.
- Test software for responsiveness, reliability, and efficiency.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for technical solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
- Balance multiple competing priorities and projects.
- Stay current on developments in web applications and programming technologies.
- Contribute to organizational goals by completing related tasks as needed.

- Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 depending on experience
- Schedule: Training will require in-office presence, after which the position shifts to a flexible hybrid schedule as you grow into the role.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; computer science, information systems, or programming focus preferred
- 7 years of professional development experience
- Experience with version control tools such as Git, TFS, or SVN
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., AngularJS, React)
- Extensive experience with server-side languages such as .NET, Python, or Java
- Strong proficiency with C#, Blazor, Visual Studio, and Azure infrastructure
- Familiarity with SQL Server is helpful but not required
- Advanced computer skills across modern development tools and environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to stay calm during stressful or time-sensitive situations
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Collaborative, proactive approach to teamwork and problem-solving
