What You’ll Do
- Provide daily care for infants ages 6 weeks – 12 months, including feeding, diapering, and maintaining nap schedules
Create a calm, stimulating atmosphere with songs, tummy time, and early sensory play - Maintain accurate daily reports for parents (feedings, naps, moods, milestones)
- Follow all state health and safety guidelines
- Partner with parents and teammates to support each child’s growth and routine
- Previous experience in an infant room or childcare setting (daycare, nanny, or early education)
Genuine love for babies and a patient, gentle personality - Reliability and excellent communication skills
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must meet PA State childcare licensing requirements
