Overview
The director plays the lead role in organizing program operations within our organization. This position is responsible for leading various aspects of program development and implementation, ensuring that services meet the needs of individuals and families. Must be willing and enjoy working in classrooms to aid teachers. Enjoy teaching and lead staff in enhance daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of programs, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Implement and run DSHS, CACFP, and Early Achievers
- Provide administrative support including documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Supervise and mentor program staff, promoting professional development and effective team dynamics.
- Engage in relationship management with clients, families, and community partners to enhance service delivery.
- Coordinate program activities and ensure they are delivered effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve service quality.
Skills
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management related to program operations.
