Overview
The director plays the lead role in organizing program operations within our organization. This position is responsible for leading various aspects of program development and implementation, ensuring that services meet the needs of individuals and families. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality service delivery, and the ability to foster positive relationships with clients and children. Must be willing and enjoy working in classrooms to aid teachers. Enjoy teaching and lead staff in enhance daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of programs, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Implement and run DSHS, CACFP, and Early Achievers
  • Provide administrative support including documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
  • Supervise and mentor program staff, promoting professional development and effective team dynamics.
  • Engage in relationship management with clients, families, and community partners to enhance service delivery.
  • Coordinate program activities and ensure they are delivered effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve service quality.

Skills

  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
  • Proficient in budgeting and financial management related to program operations.
  • Excellent administrative abilities to maintain organized records and reports.
  • Experience in supervising staff.
  • Knowledge of program management principles to drive successful initiatives.
  • Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Expertise in program development tailored to meet the needs of individuals with behavioral health challenges.

This position requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families in the PNW.

This position has an opportunity to become director position at our facility in Auburn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
