Kids Connections Developmental Therapy Center is a clinician-owned pediatric therapy practice providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services across four California clinic locations: Simi Valley, Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, and Rancho Cucamonga.
Founded by Dr. Cynthia Conway, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of pediatric experience, our mission is simple:

We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate, and bilingual ABA Supervisor to help lead our Santa Maria ABA team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring Behavior Therapists / RBTs, collaborating with BCBAs, and helping children achieve meaningful progress through high-quality, evidence-based care.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with BCBAs to implement, monitor, and support individualized behavior intervention programs
- Provide direct ABA services while developing supervisory competencies and supporting client progress
- Supervise, coach, and mentor Behavior Therapists through observations, feedback, and ongoing training
- Monitor treatment integrity, documentation, and data collection to ensure quality clinical care
- Assist with caregiver training and maintain consistent communication with families
- Conduct staff observations, provide performance feedback, and support professional development
- Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other clinical team members
- Prepare reports, maintain accurate documentation, and support program updates under BCBA supervision
- Help create a positive, collaborative, and supportive clinical culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Currently enrolled in a BACB-approved master’s program
- Active RBT, BCAT, ABAT, or equivalent ABA certification required
- Minimum 6 months of experience providing direct ABA services
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for mentoring others and delivering high-quality, compassionate care
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
