Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. This role involves implementing age-appropriate curricula, engaging with children in meaningful ways, and collaborating with parents to support each child's growth.
Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Manage classroom activities effectively to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Provide individualized support for students, including those requiring early intervention.
- Facilitate engaging activities that promote physical education, math skills, and overall development.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and classroom activities.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the preschool program.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning atmosphere.
- Familiarity with standardized testing practices in early childhood education.
- Ability to provide tutoring and support for various subjects, including math.
- Experience in teaching physical education to young children is a plus.
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies to support diverse learners.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable.
