- High School Diploma or GED ( Required )
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education ( Required )
- EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher Certification ( Required )
- Experience in a childcare setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and passion for working with children
- Ability to pass background and health requirements
