We're currently seeking experienced and caring individuals to join our team as Childcare / Daycare Teachers. As a teacher, you'll play a vital role in shaping the early educational journey of our children, helping them discover the joy of learning while providing them with the care and support they need to thrive.

- Inspire Lake St. Charles: 15 Garvey Parkway, St. Charles, MO 63303 (We host open interviews every Wednesday! Please stop in with your resume!)

What You’ll Do:
- Lead classes using an Emergent Curriculum that sparks curiosity
- Support emotional, cognitive, and physical development in a safe setting
- Partner with parents using strong communication and empathy
- Collaborate with specialists to meet each child's unique needs
- Maintain detailed records in line with EEC standards
Who You Are
Required:
- EEC Teacher Certified / Lead Teacher / Director Qualified
- CDA or BA in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
- Clean background and up-to-date health screenings
- Documented experience working with children, references are required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
- Experienced in emergent curriculum approaches
- Bilingual or experience with special education
- Leadership or mentor experience
