We’re currently seeking experienced and caring individuals to join our team as Teachers in our daycare setting. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in shaping the early educational journey of our children, helping them discover the joy of learning while providing them with the care and support they need to thrive.

- Inspire Mt. Laurel: 4106 Church Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054
Positions available:
- PT Infant Assistant Teacher
- PT Toddler Assistant Teacher
- PT Floating Teacher (2:30pm - 6:00pm)
- FT Toddler Teacher

What You’ll Do:
- Lead classes using an Emergent Curriculum that sparks curiosity
- Support emotional, cognitive, and physical development in a safe setting
- Partner with parents using strong communication and empathy
- Collaborate with specialists to meet each child's unique needs
- Maintain detailed records in line with EEC standards
Who You Are
Required:
- CDA, associate degree or a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education.
- At least two (2) years of experience.
- Documented experience working with children, references are required.
- Clear background checks and up-to-date health assessments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to take initiative and problem-solve effectively.
Preferred
- CDA or ECE Degree Preferred
- Experienced in emergent curriculum approaches.
- Bilingual or experience with special education.
- Leadership or mentor experience.
