We offer year-round programs for children and families, including preschool, after-school programs, summer camps, and enrichment classes. Our facility provides lots of opportunities to learn new skills, cross-train, and grow with our team.

Role Overview

Kids Club Fun & Fitness is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and nurturing Toddler Music & Movement Instructor to lead engaging classes for toddlers and their parents or caregivers.

In this role, you’ll use music, movement, songs, games, and age-appropriate activities to help young children build confidence, coordination, social skills, and a love of learning. You’ll create a welcoming environment where toddlers can explore and participate at their own pace while parents and caregivers feel included and supported.

This is a hands-on role that is perfect for someone who loves working with young children, enjoys being active, and isn’t afraid to sing, dance, play, and get a little silly!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fun, engaging music and movement classes for toddlers and their parents/caregivers while following lesson plans and set curriculum.
• Use songs, music, dancing, creative movement, games, and age-appropriate activities to encourage participation and learning.
• Create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for children and their families.
• Encourage toddlers to explore movement, rhythm, coordination, balance, and body awareness.
• Communicate clearly, positively, and warmly with both children and their parents/caregivers.
• Adapt activities to accommodate different developmental stages, personalities, comfort levels, and abilities.
• Bring energy, enthusiasm, creativity, and positivity to every class.
• Build positive relationships with families and contribute to a welcoming Kids Club community.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe class environment.
• Assist with other Kids Club programs and activities as needed.

Qualifications

You’re a great fit for this position if you:

• Love working with toddlers and young children.
• Are energetic, patient, creative, and enthusiastic.
• Are comfortable singing, dancing, leading activities, and being playful in front of a group.
• Have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with parents and caregivers.
• Can create structure while remaining flexible and responsive to young children.
• Are dependable, responsible, and comfortable working independently.
• Have experience working with children, teaching, coaching, performing, or leading group activities. Previous instructor experience is preferred but not required.

Bonus If You Have

• Experience working with toddlers and their families.
• A background in music, dance, gymnastics, cheerleading, theater, early childhood education, or another movement-based activity.
• Experience leading children's classes, camps, story times, or enrichment programs.
• Certifications or education related to early childhood development, music, fitness, or child safety.
• A talent for singing, dancing, playing instruments, or creating fun activities for young children!

Employment Type & Availability

Part-Time

Flexible hours are available Monday through Friday, with optional weekend opportunities.

This is an on-site position.
