- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment strategies
- Supervise and mentor RBTs
- Collaborate with families and clinical team members
- Maintain documentation and ensure quality care What You Bring
- BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field
- 2 years of experience working with children with autism
- Strong understanding of ABA principles
