Kids Choice Pediatric Rehab & Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and patient-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our expanding team! We have exciting opportunities to provide therapy services to children in our newly renovated outpatient clinic in Boardman, Ohio and through multiple partnerships with local community organizations.

About the Role
This role is ideal for a passionate SLP who thrives in a pediatric environment and is eager to make a difference. You’ll have the opportunity to provide outpatient services, working with a dynamic team in a supportive, therapist-led setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, client-centered speech therapy services to children of all ages.
- Apply strong knowledge of typical childhood development related to speech, language, articulation, oral-motor, and pragmatic skills.
- Evaluate clients using standardized tools and clinical observation; identify deficits and develop customized treatment plans.
- Demonstrate creative and adaptive treatment techniques tailored to each child’s needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Must be licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist (Clinical Fellow Accepted) in the state of Ohio.
- Experience: Pediatric experience is preferred.
- Assessment Skills: Experience administering PLS-5, CELF-5, Goldman Fristoe, and OWLS is preferred.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency is required.
- Clearances: Must pass a criminal background check and obtain child abuse clearances with no record.
