Summary
We are seeking a passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team at Kids By The Hour. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for children, fostering their growth and development through structured activities and individualized attention.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and educational activities.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes children's well-being.
- Monitor children's progress and behavior, addressing any concerns as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare space.
Requirements
- Experience in daycare or early childhood education preferred.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is required.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles is essential.
- Strong caregiving skills with the ability to manage behavior effectively.
- Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus.
