What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Coordinator-Temp Position position at Kids by the Bay Dental?
Kids by the Bay Dental is a pediatric dental practice located in White Plains, MD. We are a fast growing, privately owned business seeking a talented & enthusiastic patient care coordinator to join our team temporarily. This position is expected to run through October 2026; However, it may extend beyond that timeframe based on business needs.
Previous front desk experience and/or Spanish-speaking are preferred. Candidate must have experience with practice management software and paperless processes. Candidate will be expected to complete the following duties efficiently: patient scheduling and confirmations, insurance verification, audit weekly schedule, as well as treatment plan presentation.
Limited benefits may be available based on hours worked and duration of assignment.
Previous dental experience is a must, and previous customer service experience is a plus!
