Kids At Heart Fairlawn is looking for a dependable, positive Preschool Assistant Teacher to support our classrooms. You’ll work alongside a Lead Teacher to create a safe, structured, and engaging environment for young children.

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily classroom activities and routines
- Support children’s learning, play, and social development
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
- Supervise children during meals, playtime, and transitions
- Follow all licensing and center policies
Qualifications
- Experience with children preferred
- High school diploma required
- CDA or ECE background is a plus
- Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude
