We are hiring for multiple positions under one posting. Candidates will be considered based on experience, interest, and location preference:

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Pediatric

Position Locations

• Pediatric Clinical Roles: Delano-based

Core Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care and family support
• Maintain efficient patient flow and team communication
• Support daily office operations and clinical flow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
• Uphold patient confidentiality and safety standards
• Deliver compassionate, friendly, and respectful service
• Chairside assisting and patient support
• Operatory setup, sterilization, and infection control
• Digital X-rays and clinical documentation
• Patient comfort and education
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and clinical flow

Role-Specific FocusPediatric RDA / DA

• Assist with pediatric procedures (sealants, fluoride, stainless steel crowns, etc.)
• Support child behavior management and comfort
• High-volume pediatric environment
• Delano-based

QualificationsFor RDAs

• Active California RDA license (required)
• Radiology/X-ray certification
• Pediatric and/or orthodontic experience a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Compassionate, organized, and team-oriented
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

For Dental Assistants

• Dental assisting experience preferred
• Pediatric or orthodontic experience a plus
• X-ray certification preferred
• Willingness to learn and grow in a specialty environment
