About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who loves working with children and believes learning happens best through play, connection, and creativity. Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Diagnose communication and feeding disorders
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver engaging, play-based therapy sessions
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Monitor client progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Travel between clinic locations and community-based service sites as needed
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
