The Pay Range For This Role Is
45,000 - 47,000 USD per year(3302 Canal St. Houston TX)

What You’ll Do
- Coach and mentor teachers through training and ongoing support
- Ensure learning spaces are organized, clean, and welcoming
- Support curriculum planning and implementation
- Help drive enrollment through sales and marketing efforts
- Build strong, positive relationships with families, children, and staff
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety, and Kïdo policies
- Offer ideas and feedback to help us continuously improve
- Step in wherever needed to support school operations
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking)
- CDA or a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in ECE or a related field
- 4 years in a licensed childcare setting (ages 6 weeks to 5 years)
- Working knowledge of Texas Minimum Standards
- 1 year of school leadership experience preferred
