What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking motivated Dialysis Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to provide hands-on patient care during hemodialysis treatments under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. If you’re reliable, compassionate, and thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting, then we want to hear from you.
Schedule Availability
- Flexible availability required
- MWF and/or TTS
- Ability to pick up shift coverage as needed
- Must be available to start as early as 4:00 AM
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care during dialysis
- Monitor patients and report changes to RN
- Prepare and operate dialysis equipment
- Assist with clinic opening and closing
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment
Requirements:
What You’ll Need
- CMS-recognized Dialysis Technician Certification
- CPR/BLS Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year dialysis experience and/or formal dialysis training
- Ability to open/close clinic independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
