Job Purpose:

The manager plays a crucial role in planning, implementing, and managing various aspects of the facility, including staffing, budgeting, and patient flow, to support the overall success and efficiency of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Direct and manage staff activities to maintain high standards of patient care and service.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality of care.
- Monitor and manage the clinic’s budget, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.

Required Education:
