What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physician Liaison position at Kidney Care Center Management LLC?
The Physician Liaison is responsible for the outreach to primary care/family provider offices to expand the referral base of the practice. This is a business develop position that will be responsible for strategically planning and implementing outreach efforts focusing on physicians and nurse practitioners within the Kidney Care Center service areas. The position will work to develop strong relationships with key referral sources and uncover new opportunities for growth, while maintaining existing relationships
Will cover IL and IN territory
PRIMARY DUTIES / ACTIVITIES:
• Visits physician’s offices regularly to ensure satisfaction after recent referrals
• Promotes service standards for KCC
• Develop a basic understanding of regional business conditions relating to the industry, competition, and relevant business trends.
• Through active engagement, improve and increase partnership of KCC physician practices with other practices
• Obtain feedback to ensure referring physicians are satisfied with services KCC provides
• Act as brand representative, uphold and conveying company standards
• Perform marketing and sales activities for an assigned geographic area to achieve or exceed assigned objectives.
• Outreach to primary care/family provider offices to expand referral base of practice
• Maintains accurate records of action plans, physician credentialing, and ease of use opportunities, activities and correspondence with all stakeholders.
• Participate in individual & group projects as directed by management
• Other duties, as assigned
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
