Overview
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coaches to join our team. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will play a vital role in developing athletes' skills, confidence, and love for the sport.
Duties
- Follow weekly lesson plans and adjust to each students ability level.
- Teach fundamental gymnastics techniques and skills, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Provide constructive and positive feedback to students to help them improve their performance.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust training programs as needed.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes teamwork and personal growth while having fun!
- Maintain equipment and ensure the training area is clean and safe for all participants.
Skills
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience in gymnastics coaching or related fields such as cheerleading or martial arts.
- Knowledge of physical education principles and child development.
- Ability to educate students effectively while promoting safety during training sessions.
- Experience working with children in childcare settings or educational environments.
