Job Summary

Duties
- Assist lead teachers in developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards And safety guidelines.
- Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and implementing behavior management strategies to promote a respectful and inclusive environment.
- Engage with children during activities and structured learning exercises focused on childhood development and early intervention.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress of developmental milestones, and any concerns related to special education or behavior.
Qualifications
- Prior classroom experience working with young children in preschool or daycare settings is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, childhood development stages, and special education needs.
- Prior gymnastics, dance, cheer, martial arts, or swimming experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior positively while fostering a supportive learning environment.
