Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at KidMed Pediatric Urgent Care in Gulfport, MS, or in our upcoming new location. The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing care to pediatric patients, administering medicine, conducting pediatric nursing assessments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to coordinate and manage patient care.
Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioners and Pediatric Nursing skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pediatric Care/Family Medicine
- Knowledge of pediatric medicine
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is a plus
- Experience in an urgent care or pediatric setting is a plus
Pay: From $60.00 per hour
