As a Teacher at KidLogic Child Care & Preschool, Inc., you will play a vital role in shaping the early educational experiences of our young learners. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster learning and creativity.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment for all children.
- Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents on their development.
- Engage with families to build strong relationships and encourage their involvement in the learning process.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions among students.
- Provide care and support for children's emotional and physical needs throughout the day.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and share best practices.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while ensuring a nurturing atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
- Strong care giving skills with the ability to nurture children's emotional well-being.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with parents and team members.
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Ability to manage classroom behavior positively and effectively.
