We are seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team! What You'll Do: As an RBT, you'll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized behavior intervention plans to support clients' development in communication, social, academic, and daily living skills. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings.
- Implementing behavior intervention plans to address challenging behaviors and skill deficits.
- Collecting accurate and detailed data during each session using company-provided tools.
- Monitoring progress and collaborating with the BCBA to make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Providing compassionate care and building positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Upholding ethical standards while creating a safe and enjoyable environment for your clients.
