- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities that support early learning and school readiness.
- Foster children's intellectual curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills through structured and play-based learning experiences.
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that supports children's growth and well-being.
- Develop and maintain daily schedules and classroom routines that balance learning, play, rest, and physical activity.
- Observe and assess children's developmental progress and adjust instruction to meet individual learning needs.
- Build strong partnerships with families by maintaining open communication regarding children's progress, development, and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with staff and administration to support program goals and maintain high standards of early childhood education.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations while maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Previous experience in early childhood education, childcare, or a related field.
- Knowledge of child development principles and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Passion for supporting the learning and development of young children.
- Ability to build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
