Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to support children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disabilities. Your energetic approach will help foster meaningful progress in clients’ communication, social skills, and daily living activities.
Responsibilities
- Collect detailed behavioral data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment plans
- Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Support clients through direct behavioral therapy, utilizing behavior management techniques to reinforce positive behaviors
- Contribute to the development and execution of personalized care plans tailored for each client’s needs
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or neurodevelopmental disorders is highly preferred
- Knowledge of special education principles, behavior management strategies, and applied behavioral analysis (ABA) techniques
