Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans to promote positive behavior change
- Provide behavioral therapy and support to individuals and their families
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy
Qualifications:
- BCaBA certification required
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder preferred
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to autism and behavioral health
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide patient-centered care and support
