Job Description:
Kiddo Land Challengers is looking for energetic, reliable team members to join our store! This role is perfect for college students or anyone with a flexible schedule who enjoys working with kids in a fun, fast-paced environment.
As a Team Member / Party Host, you’ll help create memorable experiences for families by assisting with parties, maintaining a clean play area, and delivering great customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Operate cash registers and handle guest transactions accurately
- Provide friendly, outgoing customer service to guests and team members
- Set up, host, and clean up birthday parties and events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for children and families
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
- Experience in amusement, childcare, or hospitality is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays
- Comfortable interacting with large groups of people
- Enjoy working with children and families
