Join our early childhood education team as a 2-3 Yr Teacher. In this dynamic role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment tailored to the developmental needs of 2-3 yr olds. This is a co-teaching position.

Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for toddlers
- Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence
- Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Facilitate activities that support language development, motor skills, and sensory experiences
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress and any concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom to meet health and safety standards
- Support children with special needs or disabilities through individualized care strategies and accommodations
Skills
- Proven experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or similar settings
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively using positive guidance techniques
- Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response to emergencies
- Strong communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members
- Experience with classroom management tools and caregiving routines to foster a structured learning environment
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
