Duties
- Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers through regular communication to share insights on classroom activities and individual child development.
- Manage classroom routines efficiently, ensuring smooth transitions.
