Echo Care ABA LLC – Elizabeth, NJ
Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience, availability, bilingual skills, and relevant qualifications
Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem
Location: Elizabeth, NJ and nearby client locations
Echo Care ABA is seeking experienced, dependable, and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to join our growing clinical team. RBTs will provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism and developmental needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
For our initial clinical team, we are specifically seeking candidates who are already certified, have prior ABA experience, and can begin providing high-quality services with appropriate clinical support and supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician certification
- At least six months of ABA experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong data-collection and session-note skills
- Ability to follow treatment plans and accept clinical feedback
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned locations
- Professional, dependable, patient, and organized
- Ability to successfully complete all required background and exclusion screenings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using CentralReach
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience providing services in home, school, center, or community settings
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy according to individualized treatment plans
- Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
- Collect accurate session data
- Complete session notes and required documentation on time
- Follow BCBA direction and participate in required supervision
- Support communication, social, daily living, and independence skills
- Maintain professional boundaries and protect client confidentiality
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, families, and team members
- Follow safety, incident-reporting, and company procedures
- Maintain active RBT certification and comply with supervision requirements

- Criminal background check and fingerprint clearance
- Child Abuse Record Information check, if applicable
- OIG, SAM, and New Jersey Medicaid exclusion screening
- HIPAA training
- Mandated-reporter training
- Fraud, waste, and abuse training
- CPR and First Aid certification, if required for the assignment
- Credential and certification verification
