Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities

- Manage classroom behavior through effective classroom management techniques.
- Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and provide early intervention when necessary.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise.
- Create a safe and inclusive space for all children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices.
- Experience in childcare settings with demonstrated skills in educating young children.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to implement early intervention strategies when needed to support children's learning needs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
