Position Overview:
Kiddie Kollege Childcare Campus 2 is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Childcare Assistant Teachers to join our team! We’re looking for individuals passionate about helping children grow and thrive in a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment while supporting lead teachers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and daily educational activities
- Support teachers with classroom management and supervision of children
- Help prepare and serve snacks and meals on schedule
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Interact with children through structured activities and free play
- Follow all safety and health guidelines as required by state and center policies
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must pass a background check per Ohio licensing regulations
- A passion for working with children and helping them grow
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in early childhood education (preferred, not required)
- CDA, Associate’s Degree, or Ohio Career Pathways Level 3 (preferred)
- Understanding of early childhood development and classroom best practices
Schedule:
- Shift: 10-6:15 or 2:00 PM – 6:15 PM
- Monday through Friday
- No weekends or late evenings required
Job Type:
- Part-time

Pay:
$13.50 – $15.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
