Kiddie Academy of Renton, an educational daycare in Renton, offers age-specific child care programs. Our flexible, standard-based curriculum encourages children to progress in school and in life. We pride ourselves in providing a daycare that focuses on developing positive character traits for kids, while providing a nurturing learning environment.
Position Overview:
As a Center Administrator, you will be part of the management team responsible for providing leadership support to our academy. This includes leading academy operations, program oversight, team development, family relations, marketing, and enrollment building.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum two (2) years of full time experience in managing center-based programs in a Center Director or similar management role.
- Candidates should have all credentials required for the position of a Center Director per WAC or be willing to get them shortly after joining
- A thorough knowledge of WA Licensing regulations (WACs) for child care centers and a great understanding of developmentally-appropriate practices
- Must have at least an AA degree in child care or management, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Action oriented, organized, strategic thinker, focused on getting the right things done
