Positions: Lead Infant Teacher
Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Pay Rate: starting at $16.00 (commensurates with experience and education)
Responsibilities:
- Create an engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and growth.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members to create a welcoming, inclusive classroom community.
- Deliver lessons and activities aligned with our Life Essentials® curriculum that inspire learning beyond the classroom.
- Model integrity, responsibility, and compassion while ensuring the safety and well-being of every child.
Qualifications:
We’re looking for a professional educator who is:
- Certified/credentialed with a CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Completed the Florida DCF 45-hour training requirements.
- CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
- A strong communicator with parents, children, and staff, demonstrating a team-first attitude.
- Energetic, optimistic, and committed to making a meaningful difference.
