Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Lead Teacher to plan and guide meaningful learning experiences that inspire curiosity and development.
- Build trusting, nurturing relationships with children and families.
- Support daily classroom routines — from playtime and meals to transitions and group activities.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom environment.
- Observe children’s needs and progress, share insights with the Lead Teacher
- Encourage respect, cooperation, kindness, and creativity among the children.
- Contribute ideas, enthusiasm, and teamwork to make each day a positive experience for everyone.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working with young children in a group setting is preferred.
- A caring, patient, and dependable approach to working with children and families.
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
- Must meet state and Kiddie Academy background check and health requirements.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
